- Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Clients and Users must ensure that their accounts are used solely for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Use of Services You agree to:
- Use our web-based survey and Feedback Management tool and website only for lawful purposes and within the scope of its intended functionality.
- Avoid any actions that may compromise the security or functionality of our platform (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering, or transmitting harmful software).

- We act as a data processor, storing and managing data on behalf of Clients without accessing or processing it for independent purposes.

- All content, software, and trademarks on our platform are the property of Doosis Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our materials without prior written consent.

- Fees for our services are outlined in your subscription plan.
- All payments must be made on time to avoid account suspension or termination.
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for:
- Data loss, unauthorized access, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Non-payment of fees occurs.
- We reasonably suspect misuse of the platform.
Clients may terminate their subscription by providing written notice, as per the terms of their plan.

12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland
